<<Buy|My Details|My Firm Name>> is appointed to act in the purchase of the property and to do such things as are proper and necessary for the conduct and settlement of the purchase of the property. The client agrees to pay all fees and disbursements in respect of acting on the purchase of the property including all normal inquiries of local authorities, title searches, agency fees, settlement and exchange fees, sundry items, facsimiles, photocopying, postage etc. in the amount of: Conveyancing fee <<Buy|Billing Information|Charge|Amount>> Fee to act on mortgagees requirements $0.00 Title search $0.00 Inquiries of local authorities $0.00 Sundries $0.00 Agency fees $0.00 Settlement agents fee $0.00 Total $0.00 The client also agrees to pay for the following items which are relevant to the proper conduct of the purchase and as instructed by the client or required by your mortgagee; Pest Report Building Report Survey Council Building Certificate $0.00 $0.00 $0.00 $0.00

The fees and disbursements are payable in the following manner; 1. $0.00 immediately 2. the balance on or before completion 3. should the transaction not be completed for any reason, that proportion of the fees and disbursements appropriate to the work completed at the time shall be payable.

All fees and disbursements detailed are exclusive of GST and any GST liability must be paid in addition to those amounts detailed, being an amount of <<Buy|Billing Information|ChargesTotal|GST>>

We may terminate our agreement to act for you if: You fail to pay our bills, You do not provide proper or adequate instructions when required and in a reasonable time, A conflict of interest arises which interferes with our ability to provide proper and independent advice. We will provide you with a minimum of 14 days notice of our intention to cease acting for you and at the same time advise you of the grounds for our ceasing to act. You can terminate your instructions for us to act at any time. If the agreement for us to act is terminated you will need to pay our account for the work done at that date as agreed above. The client, in accordance with Part 4 of the Conveyancers Licensing Act 2003, may notify the Consumer, Trader and Tenancy Tribunal of any dispute in regard to conveyancers fees.

Please sign and return a copy of this agreement as your acceptance of the terms of this agreement. If a signed copy of this agreement is not received by us your acceptance of the terms of this agreement will be acknowledged by you confirming further instructions to proceed with the transaction.
