The Parish has just completed its yearly Vacation Bible School (June 25-29). The attendance was very good as was the participation of teens and adult volunteers. We thank the parents for their cooperation. We thank all the teens and adults for their help. We thank in a special way, Gina Krantz, for coordinating the program. The Missionary Cooperation Plan (MCP) in the Diocese of Columbus is the Bishops mandatory program administered by the Missions Office. Every year, forty organizations out of 500 applications received by the Missions Office, are invited to participate. Representatives from the missionary organizations will speak at masses in the 109 parishes of the Diocese between the months of April and September, 2012. The Missionary Cooperation Plan gives the parishioners the experience of cross-cultural exchange and the opportunity to financially help missionaries in their efforts to spread the Gospel. On the weekend of July 14-15, 14Our Lady of Victory welcomes Fr. Sunil Anekatt who will speak on behalf of the Vincentians Missionaries. The Vincentians serve Christs poor in sionaries. their ministries of preaching, teaching, seminary and missionary work, wherever the Lord calls. They serve in North/South America, Europe, Africa, Asia and Australia. Let us be generous and support the missionary work of the Vincentians.
