This fund shall hold a portfolio of investment that shall include Land, Industrial, Residential & Commercial properties. The value of this fund shall change from day to day reflecting changes in interest rates, economic conditions, market and company news, and unforeseeable events. As a result, the value of the funds portfolio may go up and down and the value of your investment in the fund when you redeem it than when you purchase it.

In addition to these, the fund shall consider investing in Hotels, Student housing, Healthcare Centres, and residential developments, Data Centres, Conference Centres, Airports and Raw Land. We shall undertake rigorous analysis of the sector fundamentals, physical conditions of the asset, planning use and capital structure of real estate investment portfolio. Our interests shall be financially aligned with our investors; all our professionals shall invest their own equity into the fund.

Directors: The Directors are responsible for the determination of the Company's investment objective and policy and have overall responsibility for the companys activities including the review of investment activity and performance.
