This internship is part of Expo Partners. The Puerto Rico Trade Company (Compaia de Comercio y Exportacin de Puerto Rico- CCE) in conjunction with AIESEC Puerto Rico has developed the project Expo Partners. The purpose of the project is to help non-exporters, or companies who want to increase their global market share, to develop an export plan with the assistance of international talent through a six month internship. Phase 1: Training for 10 participating companies. Export Strategy, Planning, Obstacles. Session 1 of Expor Tech will be delivered by the CCE. Phase 2: Individual Training (First day of Work for AIESEC Intern). Training provided by CCE and linking of AIESEC intern to company, CCE mentor, and other entities. Phase 3: Six months of full time work for AIESEC intern in the company. Session 2 of Expor Tech is integrated: Development of Export plan.Custom agenda based on specific company needs.
