Kindly peruse the letter received form M/s Capital Fortunes Pvt Ltd, Hyderabad Placed at 416 CF. wherein they have submitted the offer for providing the transaction advisory services towards preparation of tender document, bid evaluation and selection of contractor for procurement of heavy duty submersible pump sets at Mangampet Barytes Mine. In this connection it is submitted that at present the Corporation is operating the surface mounted horizontal split casing pumps with induction motors for dewatering operations at Mangampet Barytes Mine. As these pumps are prone to corrode and fail in adverse climatic conditions and additionally, the pumping system has to be evacuated frequently depending upon the water level, for the reasons the mining operations are getting delayed and loss of production is observed. In order to avoid the loss the corporation has planned to replace the existing pumps by heavy duty submersible pumps. Accordingly the corporation floated the tender, since the number of participants are low and also lot of discrepancies have been taken place in the existing tender document, the corporation has decided to retender and sought the services in the processing of the tender procedure from M/s Capital Fortunes Pvt Ltd. Hyderabad. Accordingly, M/s Capital Fortunes Pvt Ltd (CFPL), Hyderabad have proposed the scope of their role in providing the advisory services and assistance. Scope of services: Review of the old bid Document. Development of technical and financial eligibility criteria in discussion with APMDC. Development of bid criteria and other commercial terms in discussion with APMDC. Drafting of bid documents. Bid evaluation. Negotiation assistance. Signing of agreements. Deliverables: Bid documents (Draft & Final). Bid evaluation report (Draft & Final). Professional fees: The fees payable for the services are Rs.7,00,000/- (rupees seven lakhs only) exclusive of service tax @12.36%.
