Project Casper Memos

Government documents relating to the Greenbrier Congressional Bunker in White Sulphur Springs, West Virginia that was run under the code name Project Casper (later Project Greek Island). The bunker was compromised in 1992 by an article in the Washington Post Magazine by investigative journalist Ted Gup and it was closed shortly thereafter. These documents were declassified on November 14, 2013 as part of a Freedom of Information Act request submitted by CONELRAD.com.
