Eating healthy is a major factor when it comes to health, energy, and body composition. What does the science say about how to eat right for a brilliant health. In this podcast, I speak with Dr. Mike Israetel. Mike is the chief sport scientist at Renaissance Periodization, has taught at Temple University, he has a PhD in sport physiology, and is a former consultant on sports nutrition to the US Olympic training team, and he's the author of the book “Understanding Healthy Eating”. Mike has a vast knowledge about nutrition and the best way to eat right for health and well being. In this podcast, we’ll cover The best diet for health and disease prevention (is there one?)
