Helene Greenberg is the Founder and Executive Director of Triangle Vegfest. Organized in October 2014 the Triangle Vegfest helps educate the Raleigh community about easy ways to reap the health benefits of a plant-based diet, providing a marketplace for vegan-friendly businesses, and encouraging local restaurants to offer vegan menu options. Helene has a Master of Education from American Public University with a specialization in school counseling, as well as extensive experience in sales, project management and real estate.

Lorena Mucke is President and Founder of the Ethical Choices Program, an international non-profit humane education program focused on raising awareness about the cruelty of raising animals for food, and its negative effects on our health and animals. Lorena has a degree in Zoology from Texas A&M University and a graduate degree in Ecology and Sustainable Development.
