Alyssa Gallagher is an experienced public school educator, school and district administrator, facilitator, and educational consultant. Kami Thordarson has worked in many roles as a public educator—from classroom teacher to professional development and curriculum designer. She is involved with the design thinking movement in K12 education. They are co-authors of Design Thinking for School Leaders: Five Roles and Mindsets That Ignite Positive Change (ASCD). Mike Janatovich is the assistant principal of Harmon Middle School in Aurora, OH, and an ASCD Emerging Leader.
