This is the second episode with Martha Juchnowski where we continued the discussion about her grieving process from the passing of her son. In this episode Martha talks about how when we grieve we must take our time. She talks about how she had to face strong emotions when dealing with her son's estate and burial arrangements. She also discusses how meditation helped her process some of the more difficult feelings that came up.
