Dr. Arthur Bilenker is a private practice dentist from Cranford New Jersey who also happens to be the Chief Dental Officer for the New York Army Nation  Guard. Dr. Bilenker, a 1982 grad of FDU dental School also teaches part time at Rutgers Dental School in Newark NJ for the past nine years. He is the current Chairman of the New Jersey Dental Association Council on Dental Benefits which deals with dental insurance, government regulation and the evolution of corporate dentistry. He has been on that committee for the past 12 years. Dr. Bilenker has lectured since 1996 on emerging dental technologies and currently lectures on the evolving dental insurance marketplace and how it is affecting private practice.    Howard met Dr. Bilenker a few years ago one night through Marc Daichman of Asteto Dent Labs.
