Description
One Beer One Hundred Days
The homework is what defined this show which was to buy two cases of something fresh then drink a beer every three days for 100 days. You have to take notes as you go noted that "nothing changed" or "it's changing" or "I like/don't like it anymore." It's the freshness experiment.
Part of idea of doing this homework comes from us noting how beer changes over time at breweries that we visit. Sometimes beer changes for the better as it ages. We've also noticed that beer peaks. It gets really good at some point in it's life but from then on it's never as good.
There are many factors that make a beer change over time some of these things act in tandem. Heat, light, cold, varying temperature, and time.
Homework
See above. Be sure to report back what you find at the end of your two cases!
