It is one of the most populous countries in Africa and the Middle East. It is blessed with natural gifts to draw inspiration from. The wild flowers found in the countryside became an inspiration for making ornaments. It has materials that are conducive to science and technology and create various art forms Example is the PAPYRUS, a kind of reed which grows along the riverbank of the Nile, which was used to make paper.

Djed-stability and strength Shut( feather)-represents truth, justice, morality and balance

Sesen (lotus flower)- This is a symbol of the sun, of creation and rebirth.

Ankh- symbol of eternal life

Mehyt (papyrus)- flourishing life

Kheper- represents the sun

Udjat- symbolizes healing and protection

RELIGION
greatly affected the life of the Egyptians Egyptians belief in life after death urged them to build pyramids. The building of pyramids had more religious purpose more than its architectural value. The Egyptians build the pyramids as resting places for the bodies of their rulers after death. Death was perceived as a continuation of ones former life, therefore the tombs were well prepared with items that the deceased will use as if he was alive. ( furniture, jewels, clothing, and doll-like figures of servants. The dead body was preserved as a mummy, wrapped in fine linen and placed inside a coffin.

similar to the Filipinos because they also believe in life after death, invoke the spirit of their dead ancestors and performed rituals before burying their dead Filipinos also consider the changes in the sky for their proper time for fishing, planting, hunting and harvesting.
