Method
90 Male & 90 Female students (youth of ages 17-21) of MAJU having low score (below 50) on self-esteem, were tested on Queendoms SET (2003), DAS and their Educational Performance was noted. Sample was divided into Therapy & No Therapy Groups. Attitudinize Therapy was conducted for 14 weeks (75 minute gp sessions twice a week) only on Therapy group. In the end, the whole sample was re-administered the tests, to relate the effectiveness of the Attitudinize Therapy with the Enhancement of Self Esteem and in turn reduction of Dysfunctional Attitudes & enhancement of Educational Performance.

Statistically significant results reveal; through Attitudinize Psychotherapy SELF ESTEEM is enhanced among youth,
97% within Males & 99% within Females.

Reduction in Dysfunctional Attitudes


was 75% for Males & 63% for Females. Also

Educational Performance improved


34% for Males & 32% for Females. The No Therapy group showed negligible (i.e., 1-3%) improvement only. Hence providing evidence that Attitudinize Psychotherapy employs a positive, active, educational approach that focuses on how to change the attitudes and on seeking solutions rather than just simply talking about the past or exploring ones feelings and problems.
