SHARE ACCOUNTING SYSTEM

OBJECTIVE OF THE SYSTEM

To open a new account in a co-operative bank. Calculate the dividend of each share holder depends on the profit of bank. To do the share transaction between the share holders

INTRODUCTION

Co-operative bank mainly providing two types of shares

class Nominal share To become a member of a bank the customer should take class A share. A nominal membership is for the purpose of pledging loan. A share holder can take any number of shares as per the maximum limit prescribed by the bank.

EXISTING SYSTEM
The existing Share Accounting System was a manual system . It makes the waste of time and also inefficiency of the data. The searching of the proper data is also very difficult. The Existing system does not maintain the normalization, so it makes the same data to be repeated .

Draw backs of existing system

Time consumption Delay in updating of data Retrieval of information was very slow The efficiency of the system was very slow Lack of accuracy

Proposed system

The proposed system is a secured system since it follows login controls. Some of the benefits of the proposed system are: The proposed system is very user-friendly. The proposed system is fast and data can be retrieved quickly. Unnecessary document flow and duplication of data will be eliminated

In this module ,collect the customer details those want to open new account The board members will check these criterias and give membership for the eligible condidates.

FUTURE SCOPE OF THE PROJECT

The application developed is designed in such a way that any further enhancements can be done with ease. The system has the capability for easy integration with other systems. Share accounting System will be enhanced further with other module of bank.

CONCLUSION
Thus my project mainly deals with the interaction between company and share holders. It automaticaly calculate the dividend of theshare holders. It also help to transfer the share between the share holders.
