INTRODUCTION OF JAVA TECHNOLOGY:


The technology used for carrying out dis project is JAVA WHAT IS JAVA??? Java is a high level, third-generation programming language, like C, FORTRAN, Perl and many others. It is a platform for distributed computing a development and run-time environment that contains built-in support for the World Wide Web.

HISTORY OF JAVA:
Java development began at Sun Microsystems in 1991 JAMES GOSLING created java at SUN MICROSYSTEM. Initial name of java was OAK. The name java was given in the year 1995.

MySQL
The backend used in this project is MySQL SQL- Structured Query Language MySQL is a relational database management system. MySQL is open source database system. It is multithreaded It is fast, reliable and easy to use. MySQL database is connected to JAVA using an ODBC driver.

SOFTWARE REQUIREMENT
A software requirements specification (SRS) a requirements specification for a software system is a complete description of the behavior of a system to be developed and may include a set of use cases that describe interactions the users will have with the software. In addition it also contains non-functional requirements. Non-functional requirements impose constraints on the design or implementation (such as performance engineering requirements, quality standards, or design constraints), and are sometimes referred to as "ilities". Software requirements is a sub-field of software engineering that deals with the elicitation, analysis, specification, and validation of requirements for software.

Content Management System is a java based application which runs on both client and server. In this system an user can Login himself by providing information of him and can be logged on to the system. Viewing available products in the system and accomadate with them.Accorindg to suitability of user . An administrator also Login on the System by providing his own information and he check the user Database and he can edit or modify the user database which Automatically informed by the user.
