Objective of the project

To evaluate the training and development programmes

To identify the factor which improve the satisfaction level of employees. To study the performance appraisal and welfare of employees: Compensation Benefits Job security

NULL HYPOTHESIS

The employees of VODAFONE ESSAR LTD are on average satisfied by the job satisfaction .

ALTERNATE HYPOTHESIS:

The employees are either more or less satisfied by the job satisfaction in VODAFONE ESSAR LTD.

RESEARCH METHODOLOGY

Sampling methodology is used.

Research design : descriptive research design. Sample size: 100 respondents

Sample area: VODAFONE ESSAR Sampling technique: Random sampling

Data collection

Primary data :- the most of data is collected by researcher through personal interview. Secondary data :- the other sources are used by internet sites .

Research instrument

A researcher has used structured questionnaire as a research instrument tool which consist of open ended questions and multiple choice questions.
