The 100 years old steel industry in India has a production of about 52 million tonnes but still lags in cost effective manufacturing Tata Steel has always believed that the principle of mutual benefit between countries, corporations, customers, employees and communities is the most effective route to profitable and sustainable growth. The advanced feature of Mobile Technology can increase visibility in value chain for manufacturing industry with special reference to Steel Industry ICT (Information and Communication Technology) is widely being used in Manufacturing to achieve better accuracy and has resulted into world class manufacturing practices across the world.
