Like any other city bathed by the ocean we need to have a beach near the city center so that Funchal could make its statement with a beach of natural sand.

Regarding the energy point of view as our school has got a terraced upper floor we are going to establish a partnership with the owner of the building and EPAenergy.The other half will be exclusively used by EPAfarm for agriculture. Later on we intend to use those products in the school canteen.

Regarding the urban vegetable gardens we also intend to give a unique space for each class, in order to promote a healthy competition between classes.

We will also replace our school lights by leds and moreover they are going to have an adjusting light system.

Concerning recycling in our school there will be a deposit of ink cartridges, toners, old batteries and paper.

Transportation plays a vital role in our city as well as in our school and with the creation of a EPAline it is our intention to make it useful for our students, teachers and the entire school community.
