Wellness Lesson!
This class (not just the wellness book) made me realize that Im setting myself up for failure, eating the types of foods I was eating. Wellness book showed me how much I relied on fast foods. Whole food sources are the way to go! Eating a well balanced meal is very important. Taking supplements to make up for my terrible diet is a bad idea. Protein is the least of my nutrient worries. Always keep in mind what kind of food Im putting in my body! Learned about the power of nutrition.

Conclusion
Before doing my research on this super food, I never knew how difficult it was to catch tuna. It is easily accessible to us, which made me believe that it was easily caught. I can now appreciate the process by which this food is brought to our table. It also made me think about how long the process must be for all foods to find their way into our kitchens.
