Fast foods are characterized as quick, easily accessible and cheap alternatives to home-cooked meals.
The National Institutes of Health (NIH), describe that fast food also tend to be high in saturated fat, sugar, salt and calories.
McDONALDS The first Mcdonalds restaurant subsequently opened its door at Jalan Bukit Bintang on 29 April 1982.Mcdonalds Malaysia operates under the umbrella arm of APMEA group.
PIZZA HUT - Pizza hut began its operation in Malaysia on 19th May 1982 with the opening of its first outlet at Yow Chuan Plaza, Kuala Lumpur. Cerebos, a Singapore based-company was the first owner. Cerebos has opened 29 outlets when it decided to sell the franchise to KFC Holdings Malaysia Berhad in December 1995.
KENTUCKY FRIED CHICKEN The first KFC restaurant in Malaysia was opened in 1973 on Jalan Tunku Abdul Rahman. Today there are more than 500 KFC Restaurants nationwide and still counting. Great tasting chicken has become synonymous with KFC; and has been enjoyed by Malaysians ever since
SAMPLING
We select 30 people from our working place as sampling for this research. The set of questionnaires containing 20 questions that will be divided to 3 sections profile of respondent which is demography factor, behavior on fast food and awareness about fast food. The result of these sections will be used in the research.

Mean
The chart shows that McDonald is the most preferred fast food among the respondents. Mean of 2.6 prefer McDonalds. Pizza is the second choice which is mean of 2.4 respondents prefer. KFC was the least preferred fast food among the respondents that is mean 1.9.

Our finding shows that 16.1% of Malaysian preferred taste in their fast food. The second factor is service and also accessibility by 15%. The last factor is nutrition (11.7%).
RECOMMENDATIONS
We have recommended that government need to give education on healthier lifestyle in the primary schools itself. They also need to have campaigns and seminars to emphasize the importance of a healthier lifestyle among Malaysians. We suggest that fast food restaurants must provide attractive and comprehensible nutritional labels, as it might attract customers attention as well to understand the technical terms used in labels. NGOs need to do advertisement in the television and radio to give awareness about the importance of healthier food and lifestyle. Lastly we have asked the consumer themselves to have an awareness of the healthy living habit. We recommend Malaysian making healthy choices of fast food
This research will reveal more information that can be useful to rectify the fast food addiction among Malaysians. Furthermore suggestion gets information from the fast food management with regard to information such as average customer daily buying, the food consumption daily in fast food and the methods of preparing a fast food meal.
