The ability of brain to record, execute and plan things. Difference between perpetrator of crime and innocent person.
Brain Fingerprinting is designed to determine whether an individual recognizes specific information related to an event or activity by measuring electrical brain wave responses to words, phrases, or pictures presented on a computer screen.
Technique
Measurement of
electroencephalography(EEG).
Calibration of brain fingerprinting
system.
Comparison of responses on the system
Technique
Generation of p300 electrical signals. It solely depends on brains response.
3. Scientific Procedure
Presentation sequence of pictures or
words. Types of stimuli targets, irrelevants, probes Responses to the stimuli. Targets MERMER Irrelevants(non targets) No MERMER Probes(relevant stimuli): For criminal MERMER For innocent person No MERMER
4. Computer Controlled
The entire Brain Fingerprinting System is under computer control, which include:
Recording of electrical brain
activity
Mathematical data analysis
algorithm
Counter terrorism
Brain fingerprinting can help address the critical elements in the fight against terrorism such as Identification of
Direct or Indirect terrorist acts.
Trained terrorists.
Criminal Justice
This technology gives the judge and jury new, scientifically valid evidence to arrive at their decision.
Medical
This technology can measure objectively, how memory and cognitive functioning of Alzheimer sufferers are effected by medications.
Other Applications
The method was first used in Oklahoma. The first to be tested was Jimmy Ray Slaughter, who was sentenced to death for double murder, of his girlfriend and their child. The results of testing by brain fingerprinting showed that the images of the place where the body of a
In Macon County, Mo., Sheriff Robert, ordered a test on J. B. Grinder, accused of raping and murdering a 25year-old woman in 1999. Grinder had admitted and denied the allegations so many times that, according to Dawson, "We didn't know what to believe anymore." Confronted with the test results, which seemed to confirm one of Grinder's many confessions, Grinder pled guilty to the charges and also admitted to killing three other girls in
Brain Fingerprinting is a revolutionary new scientific technology for solving crimes, identifying perpetrators, and exonerating innocent suspects.
The technology fulfills an urgent need for governments, law agencies, corporations, investigators, crime victims, and falsely accused innocent suspects.
It has a record cent percent accuracy in research with US government agencies, actual criminal cases, and other applications. Thus it is a highly reliable technique.
