Learning Objectives
Become familiar with the new forms and processes for creating and managing ET Change Requests (CR). Gain awareness of the newly created ET CR workflows. Gain awareness of new milestone reporting methods for FY10. Become familiar with the new procedures for reporting on milestone/project status.

Become familiar with new customized reporting features and future reporting plans (Data Analysis replaced by SQL Reporting Services). Understand that there may be CAP changes based on the outcome of recurring meetings between the ENM Senior Program Manager and the ENM Director.

The procedure for schedule status updates has been modified from 1 step to 2 steps.

What has changed?

New ET Environment
Connections to FY 10 ENM and ARRA sites are established via the following MS Project menu:
Tools > Enterprise Options > Microsoft Office Project Server Accounts

What has changed?

Milestone methods
There will be a combination of methods but primarily all milestones will be 0/100.

Why has it changed?

New instances of MS Project Server
These instances are separate from FY09 to ensure data integrity and improve tool performance

To improve performance measurements

By assessing performance at the milestone level, we are able to increase the objectiveness of schedule status entries This results in more accurate EVM metrics and improved decision making

The procedure for schedule status has been modified
Previously status was only taken at the Control Account level
