The Greenfield project was started

on 1978 in a renovated Burlington, vermont , gas station.

is always being started by an individual or in partnership or by a group of people , there fore many of the inter organizational structures, behaviors , cultures and policies are being predetermined by the senior management team itself. And then being circulated throughout.

If I was a management consultant ,

probably I would have emphasized to change the salary structure system. in an organization : the top level management are paid because of their conceptual skills and decisional skills where the lower level of employees are paid the salary because of their more technical skills.

scheme of incentive. i.e. production incentive scheme, which depends upon the percentage of total production achievement. The amount of incentive would be specified to respective level of managers which motivates each and every employee to be more efficient.
