As only 7% users are not satisfied with their existing brands, so there no more suggestions to be given, except one that the hand phones/cellphones should come up with more trends.
23% people want touchscreen. 50% would like to have a Wi-Fi. connection to be added. 13% needs security. 13% want camera with flash.

Conclusion
Nokia is the types oh hand phone that the student of PMU more prefer to used. Sony Ericson is on the second top place that has been prefer by student after Nokia. Iphone is lowest because student didnt prefer to use it. The survey show that hand phone is an accessory and it necessity among the student in PMU .
The
information that has been collected also show that the types of phone that most used by student inside PMU is Nokia and running up with Sony Ericson. The information also show that the most important thing that student consider while purchasing hand phone is the quality of the hand phone.

Remember the past, plan for the future, but live for today, because yesterday is gone and tomorrow may never come.
