phones have become a major part of our lives . Today it becomes widely used all over the world. It has metamorphosed from being a luxury to necessity for some of us. From Need it became Demand Different brands with different technology, design and innovations have entered into the market.

36% people made a handphone as their accessory gadget. They also feel it is a trend to have more than one phone. 16% says a handphone is a necessity on their life, this is because they need a handphone to make and receive a calls. Almost 46% users says the handphones is both an accessory and a necessity.

Most of the student are currently using Nokia which is 53% as their cell phone because it is well known brand of handphones. Second one of the famous brand is Sony Ericsson which is 36% student like to use that cellphone. 4% student are using Samsung Blackberry is the third famous among the student of PMU. 7% user are choosing this brand of cellphone because they like to use Blackberry Messenger Application (BBM) Nokia

As only 7% users are not satisfied with their existing brands, so there no more suggestions to be given, except one that the hand phones/cellphones should come up with more trends.

Conclusion

Nokia is the types oh hand phone that the student of PMU more prefer to used. Sony Ericson is on the second top place that has been prefer by student after Nokia. Iphone is lowest because student didnt prefer to use it. The survey show that hand phone is an accessory and it necessity among the student in PMU .

The

information that has been collected also show that the types of phone that most used by student inside PMU is Nokia and running up with Sony Ericson. The information also show that the most important thing that student consider while purchasing hand phone is the quality of the hand phone.
