Easy post lottery procedure

The procedure to get their dream house may become much easier. The board is thinking about simplifying the post-lottery procedure of allotment by outsourcing it to a private bank. Till now, winners were handed over an offer letter informing them about the procedure, which was totally manual and used to take a long time. The authority wants to bring speed, accuracy and transparency in this system and hence it plans to outsource it, said a top MHADA official. Earlier, the post-lottery procedure was completed in three stages. First the offer letter, then the allotment letter and finally the possession letter. Now, with the computerization of the entire process, the moment a person wins a lottery, he will get an allotment letter which will also bear the house number. The entire process of scrutinizing the papers will be outsourced to a private bank. We are also in the process of developing the lottery software with these changes, revealed the official. With the allotment letter in the hand of the lottery winner, all he will have to do is go to the bank concerned to verify his documents. After verification, they will be sent to officials designated by MHADA who will confirm the verification process, said the official.

Not lottery is over but I didn't received any refund against the same. My application number is "9000006154" most importantly I am unable to found mhada's customer care / Support contact details on any site. On mhada's site for customer care contact details error message is coming as "site under construction".
