INTRODUCTION

Introduction
Rainbow School System was established on 5th of September, 2010.The basic aim of this institute is to give modern education to the children of this area. All the students of this institute are encouraged to utilize their talents in a best way for their academic and social success. The institute provides a well structured environment where the traditional values of courtesy and cooperation are emphasized.

Introduction
As Aristotle said, Educating the mind without educating the heart is no education at all. This institute seeks to develop a close relationship between Teachers, Students and Parents. In this way, together they can pursue the highest educational standards and such standards become attainable through the commitment of a highly qualified and well motivated teaching staff, who works in attractive working environment.

HISTORY

History
Rainbow School System was established on 5th of September, 2010 in Zubair Colony, Faisalabad. In the beginning it started the classes from Play Ground To class 8th. In 2012 they registered their school from Faisalabad Board of Intermediate and High Secondary. They will start the session of 9th class this year. According to the administration Rainbow School System is dedicated to the ideas of hard work, love of learning and academic excellence.

To provide an environment full of positive learning experiences to enable a child to build a strong feeling of self worth and to inspire an ability to manage more effectively with the modern world. Their role is to focus on the learning already taking place in a child`s life by guiding the child.

DEMOGRAPHIC

Demographic
Rainbow School System covers the area of about 1 to 2 canal. There are 18 class rooms, 1 library and 1 hi-tech IT lab in the school. 20 teachers are providing their services in this institute. All the teachers are well qualified and well trained. The required minimum qualifications are bachelors. With no experience required, because they often offers jobs to fresheners. Teachers are appointed on contract basis. The minimum contract is of 1 year.

ENVIRONMENT

Environment
Rainbow School System is striving for excellence with committed and highly qualified teachers in an environment of the finest physical and academic facilities, hi-tech Computer Lab and well stocked library. All communications in and outside the classrooms is done in English to encourage students to enjoy command over spoken and writing English communication.

Environment
They are providing well disciplined and well manners environment. Classrooms are well airy and well furnished. They set up a ground period of 40 minutes every week. Where the students of a class like to play and compete with each other.

ACTIVITIES

Activities
Rainbow School System conduct different activities in the school like; Sports Gala (Nov. Dec.), One Dish Party, Farewell Party, Art and Science Exhibitions. National and Islamic are also organized in the school, like; Eid Milad-un- Nabi, Independence Day, Defense Day, Iqbal Day, Quaid Day and many more. The debates and speech completion also conducted on these days.

Activities
Rainbow School System organizes English Spoken Class every week for every class. In this class, teacher teaches spoken English to the students. And students have to communicate in English with each other. To build up students confidence level, there is turn of one student voluntarily from each class daily in assembly.

Rainbow School System also organizes different spelling and speech competitions. They organize teacher training programs in the school. They also organize parents work shop.

The office administration manager is extremely capable and can troubleshoot most technical problems. There is eagerness to learn more and try new things. Fee Structure is low There is highly qualified teachers

There are round about 18 teachers in this campus. All the teachers are well qualified and hard worker. Their style of teaching is satisfied. Rainbow School System system also organized teacher training program and Work Shop. Not only teachers but Principle also attends this training program. Rainbow School System organizes its own teacher training program, by higher or inviting the outside trainer.

The administration of Rainbow School System firstly trained their teachers. After that they observe the performance of their teachers through visiting the class, or by asking different questions during teacher principle meeting. If the administration has observed their improvement then they appreciate their teachers. If they observe no improvement in the teachers then they warn them for 3 times. After that they dismiss the teachers from their jobs.

The administration of Rainbow School System required two types of criteria in teacher training program: 1. How to deal with the weak students? The Teachers of Rainbow School System always find it difficult to deal with slow learners. In other schools often teachers try to advise such students and get results by negative enforcement like punishment. But it is not the right solution. So, the teachers want training to deal such students with great love and fluently.

2. To teach different teaching methods. Teachers are facing different problems by teaching different types of students. (Brilliant, Weak and Normal) Problems like:

Thats why the Rainbow School System organizes the mother training program in the school, in which the institution hires competent trainers who gave very valuable tips to the mothers on how to teach their children effectively.

1. In many schools the students are not giving respect to the teachers.
But in Rainbow School System the students know how to respect their teachers

2. The salary of teachers is unattractive and quite meager.


But Rainbow School System provides good salaries to the teachers

3. Accommodation is a major irritant in the sound family life of teachers.


But in Rainbow School System the teachers are belong to the near by areas

4. It is a reality that teachers are not provided any training and due to lack of training they are unaware of the challenges of the future.
But the Rainbow School System organizes the Teacher Training Programs

5. There is lack of coordination inside the school is one of the main problems which affect teacher performance.
But in Rainbow School System the teachers and

the administration coordinate with one another to improve the performance of the teachers as well as the institution also.

6. In some schools teachers reside away from their schools. Due the problem of transportation, they come late and leave school as early as possible.
But in Rainbow Schools System mostly teachers belongs to near by areas.

7. In some Private schools, teachers are feeling insecurity about their job
But Rainbow School System appoint the teachers on contract basis. So, the teachers in this institution are not feeling insecurity related to their job.

8. In some schools the teachers are bound to work extra and are not paid for their extra time.
But the Rainbow School System are giving extra payment to their teachers for their extra time

Discipline without the backing of administration. Student absenteeism. Teachers have to work for overtime.

Solutions: There administration is taking proper steps to resolve all these problems. On students absentees they call they parents and asked the reason. As teachers are giving extra time to the work so the administration pays them the extra payments.

Teachers may have to face a lot of distractions in classroom daily. They may have to deal with uninterested students or they may suffer from burden in absence of parents support. The most common problems faced by teachers in classroom include the following: Young students often show an ignoring and neglecting behavior as they do not know the importance of education.

Disrespectful behavior from students is also a problem that teachers usually face. Especially young students of this era show such behavior to their teachers. Teachers also complain about lack of parental cooperation and guidance with them. A student can become successful only when parents support his teachers. Sleepy and tired students are quite irritating for teachers. Such students find it difficult to concentrate on lecture and appear bored.

Solution
Firstly the teachers warn the students, if they saw no improvement then they punish them. (Punishment is not very strict). If again students shows no improvement then the administration of rainbow school system calls their parents for meeting, After that the teachers encourage those students. Motivated them and also appreciate them on their improvement. So that the students shows continuous improvement.

Parents that back their child's bad behavior. No proper feedback from parents about their children Blaming the school administration instead of admire their carelessness Sometimes the parents higher a tutor for their children and felt relax. But this is not a right way.

1. In some schools different teachers makes their groups on basis of their friends, cast, politics etc. This has create dispute among the teachers.
But in Rainbow Schools Systems this type of grouping are strictly not allowed. So teachers are mutually working.
2. In some schools, there is high rate of teachers

turnover.
But the Rainbow School System, appoint their teachers on contract basis. Only in case of emergencies they are allowed to resign their jobs. But teachers has to inform the administration 1 month before their day of resigning.

3. In some schools, teachers shows favoritism in the class between the students. They prefer the students having strong political background or have some strong references. (E.g. headmaster`s son, son of a MNA or MPA etc)
But in Rainbow Schools System, favoritism is strictly prohibited. They treat all the students equally. 4. In some schools, due to the favoritism of

headmistress leg pulling is at the peak that badly effects the coordination between the teachers.
But in Rainbow School System, the coordination among the teachers is groomed by different activities/meetings.

5. In some schools, Teacher`s training programs are not conducted but Rainbow School System keenly work on the training of teachers. Different teachers training programs are conducted monthly. 6. Mostly people do not pay proper attention towards their children at home, to eliminate this factor Rainbow School System also conduct Parents Training program

Solutions:
The Rainbow School System is appointing the teachers on the contract basis of 1 year. But in case of emergencies the teachers has to inform the administration before 1 month. Attitude problems of parents they organize the Mother Training Workshop
