This paper examines the effects, causes and relevant solutions of poor management skills. It examines poor managerial skill as a negative impact in an organization, firm, even in countries and its catastrophes. This paper views poor management skill as a universal problem and studies its solutions and cures. It highlights the importance of effective management

What are managerial skills? By is defined in most cases are the secret tools in hand of any manager. They are abilities that vary from different kinds of people. Some of these skills at taught in training others are not. These skills include communication, decision making, team building, conflict resolution, leadership and so much more. Rotten managerial skills (R.M.S) on the other hand looks at the Managers that have the power and responsibility to make every decision, and their failure in doing it productively may results to the downfall of the organization.

Important to know why and how organizations fail due to poor managerial skills How to build and environment encouraging work and culture that motivate staff participation How to increase staff and organizational productivity. Know what types of managers that put organizations at risks, how and why. How to train staff and solving both internal and external organizational threats.

Bring out facts and detailed information on the level of poor management, its causes, effects and solutions. Also to create awareness, to the world on what is done within organizational environment and governmental institutions as well on poor managerial system To also indicate and present the effects of their poor managerial decision and how negatively it affects firms, nations domestically and internationally. Also as a personal motive is another reason for my research that is based upon dislike ,that I have over ineffective leaders with poor skills weighing as an anchor to people, firms, and even countries, who are meant to manage effectively but rather are not.

The population regards this paper looks at managers, CEO, and leaders holding position of autonomy and regardless of that, are inadequate to perform their functions as a result of R.M.S. Also firms will be examined, likewise staffs.
