Purpose: To quietly signal the class to be aware of or change their behavior How to do it? Use laminated squares of 8"x8" color paper

Individual students who are being role models receive slips of paper. They write their names on the slips and place them in the jar. At least once a week, pull a few names from the "Good Job" jar. Pick any simple incentive that works well for you.

How Full is Your Bucket (Bucket Fillers vs. Bucket Dippers)

Purpose: To build class morale. How to do it?

Create a classroom bucket, laminate it, and place it on the notice board in the classroom. When pupils have done something which delights the teacher, they become the bucket fillers; thus,they write their names onthe bucketwithdry erase markers.
