Contributor Interview
It is all about common interview questions and how to develop answers, typical challenges faced in interviews beyond the questions (such as body language, grooming, presentation) Most importantly, learn the importance of trust building and creating confidence in the interview.

PART 1 Before the Interview:


1. The Contributor is well-informed about the employer: Check out any blogs and social network pages of key people in the company who are working / have worked with the company. Do a web-search to find any review articles on the company, public writings or statements, photographs etc.

2. The Contributor understands how he /she can contribute in a job role:


what is the kind of work involved in the job role:

What are some of the important projects that you have done? What kind of special skills and capabilities are needed for success in this job role? What kind of outputs are expected? What is the typical working style? Are there opportunities to learn and grow? If yes, what kind? etc..

Whether you get selected for the job or not depends on these impressions. Thus it is important to leave behind Contributor Impressions rather than the non-contributor Impression

Non-Contributor Impressions Low confidence. No trust in his own capabilities No substance / does not engage deeply Talks a lot without relevant value To worried about salaries and benefits Contributor Impressions Trust himself and others Thinks and engages deeply with the subject / challenge Has something valuable and meaningful to say Knows that salaries etc. are usual details, and will asked at proper time.
