Highlights your own contributions. Use bullets for information. Avoid wordiness: use key Words and phrases only. Use at least an 18 point font. Use different size fonts for main points and secondary points. i.e. title font 44 point, 32 point the main font, 24 point secondary ones. Use a standard font like Times New Roman or Arial. Use a color of font that contrasts sharply with the background. e.g. white font on blue background. Too many colors should also be avoided. Use graphs rather than just charts and words. Always title your graphs. Include only relevant information. Information you present should be brief and to the point. Don't spend your presentation time in giving unnecessary background information - get to the point quickly. Content should be crystal clear because question-answer session would be around presentation only . Repeatedly cross-check for any grammatical errors.
