 tuve una sensacin de presin muy fuerte en el crneo y mareo al levantarme de la silla. Todos estos sntomas se desvanecan del todo al acostarme, pero aparecan al ponerme de pie me vi forzado a guardar cama por nueve das porque todas las manifestaciones recurran tan pronto como me levantaba los sntomas finalmente se resolvieron, nueve das despus de la puncin lumbar

dolor de cabeza bilateral que se desarrolla dentro de los 7 das tras la puncin dural y que desaparece dentro de los 14 das despus de la misma. La cefalea empeora en los 15 minutos tras asumir la posicin de sedestacin, y desaparece o mejora en los 30 minutos siguientes tras volver a la posicin de decbito
