Explanation of Company Procedures

PROBATIONARY EMPLOYMENT
Description:
6-months probationary period He is hired to occupy a regular position in the company He may be terminated for the following reason: 1. on just cause (Art. 282 of Labor Code) 2. fails to qualify for the position in accordance with the standard set by the company. If he is allowed to work after Probationary period, he shall then be considered a Regular Employee of the company.

Company benefits for probationary employees:
