TECHNIQUE OF KAPALBHATI
1. Sit in a comfortable meditative asana with the hands resting on Thighs. 2. Close your eyes and relax the whole body. Focus on your breathing pattern and be relaxed. Take 2-3 deep breaths. 3. The head and spine should be straight.

BREATHING Rapid breathing should be from the abdomen and the shoulders and the face should remain relaxed. DURATION Practice up to 5 rounds .
PRECAUTIONS
Kapalbhati should be performed empty stomach, 3 to 4hrs after meals. If dizziness is experienced stop the practice and sit quietly for some time and practice with more awareness and with less force.
