Firstly partners will suggest HR manager, Marketing, Finance, IT and operational manager. Further workforce can be recruiting through suggestion of existing employees or advertisement. Referral programs have many potential advantages like low cost, high quality hires, decreased hiring time and opportunity to strengthen the bond with current employees
