OUR UNDERSTANDING
April Counterman is looking to expand her clientele by securing placements on national & local television shows, newspapers, websites, magazines and radio shows. This is all in the hopes of bringing more awareness to April Counterman as a leading attorney in Family & Criminal Law. By increasing her publicity scope, April Counterman hopes to add yet another layer of credibility to her already impressive achievements. A clip of April on FOX News or CNN would most certainly give her that competitive edge over other attorneys. Local press would additionally help drive clientele. Pace Public Relations will work with April Counterman to utilize our well-established and successful media relationships, with the hopes of getting her spots on national cable & broadcast television shows and quoted in various media publications.

TELEVISION: TV would be a preferred method of outreach for April Counterman. By booking her on various shows on Fox News, Fox Business, NBC including Today, CNN, HLN etc., millions of Americans will be reached. PPR will aim to secure live interviews and/or taped pieces throughout the year focusing on law cases applicable to April. PPR will work with April to come up with pitches for producers on a weekly basis, each week targeting a different verticals. PPR will start with local television bookings first in order to build up Aprils presence on TV.

MAGAZINES & NEWSPAPERS: Whether its print or online, Americans still get their news in droves via daily and weekly newspapers and relevant periodicals. By targeting outlets such as The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, USA Today, Crime and Law Magazine, Attorney at Law Magazine, and local North Carolina newspapers, PPR can help to spread the word about April Counterman. Additionally, legal based publications would be great outlets for April to position herself as a one of the leading attorneys in her field.

WEB: Blogs and social media are an important source for driving traffic back to your website and expanding your client base. PPR has gotten many successful blog posts for our clients and by using social media, youll be able to tap into your practices full potential. PPR will come up with a list of great blog topics with April Counterman and then pitch to Huffington Post, Daily Beast, Business Insider, FOXNews.com, etc.

Additionally, radio tends to provide the opportunity for lengthier interviews and a different sector of clients.

FEE STRUCTURE OF SERVICES


Pace Public Relations operates all client relationships on a month-to-month basis. For the services rendered on behalf of April Counterman, a fee of $1,500 per month would be charged for services spanning a six month contracted period. Our billing requirements will be detailed in further communications.

This fee does not include Media Training with PPRs official media trainer, Laurie Dhue, should April Counterman deem it necessary.

ANNIE SCRANTON
In 2010 Annie Pace Scranton formed Pace Public Relations (PPR), drawing on her experience in the television industry. For eight years, Annie's career as a seasoned TV producer spanned work with major networks including CNN, Fox News, CNBC, MSNBC & ABC. Annie capitalized on her television connections and started PPR with the mentality of a journalist, and the savvy of a publicist. Drawing on previous experience as an Account Executive at the boutique PR firm, Lou Hammond & Associates, and as a reporter for the NJ-based newspaper, The Asbury Park Press, Annie was already well-equipped, from both sides of the fence, to handle the demands of traditional and non-traditional PR campaigns. Clients to date have been thrilled with placements on Today, ABC, Early Show, CNBC, Fox, WSJ, NYT, Forbes, Fortune and BusinessWeek, to name a few. Annie is a graduate of Smith College where she served as Editor-in-Chief of the weekly newspaper, The Sophian. She now serves on the Board of Directors for the New York Smith College Club and is an Executive Committee Member for the charity, the Catholic Big Sisters & Big Brothers..

ANDREW HOWARD
Andrew joined Pace Public Relations as an Account Executive in December, 2012. At PPR, his focus is on print and broadcast outreach, as well as content and pitch-development for his accounts. Andrew oversees the companys research department and also maintains all of the companys social media accounts. Prior to joining PPR, Andrew came from the Television industry; having worked at both ITV on shows such as Jeremy Kyle and Bill Cunningham, and more recently for Investigation Discovery, casting for Dirty Little Secrets and Dates From Hell. Andrew is a graduate of the University of Missouri where he received his BA in Communications with an emphasis in Mass Media.
