the state you wish to
Apply and Pay the Fee

Request FCCPT to send a

copy of the result to the
state of your choosing.
Once requirements are
completed, wait for the “Autho-
rization to take the Test” (ATT)
Which will be mailed by FSBPT.
Mail a Request for AIN
at FSBPT or SSN at
www.ssa.gov whichever
Applies.
Register online at Prometric
and schedule when you wish
to take the exam. Pay the fee.
Note:
Once ATT is received you will
have 60 days from the date
indicated to schedule a test
date with Prometric.
At this time apply for a US
Visa for those who have no
current visa & make
preparations for travel & hotel
accommodation.

Take the NPTE and

Jurisprudence Exam
After Passing the NPTE
Employer will petition for a
US Visa (Immigrant vs NIV).
For NIV usually H1b.
