PMP Exam is NOT a Test of MEMORY Its a test to check your skills as a Project Manager
PMI Exam contains around 150 Situational Qs. Which test your response to them as a Project Manager
Though it looks difficult to master Input Output Techniques given in PMBOK guide, But in the Exam you get Only about 10-12 Qs., which ask you the Exact Input-Output process (So Dont Spend Too much time Cramming Them)
Most students feel uncertain about only 40 Qs. Out of 200 Qs asked!! So its not that TOUGH!!
Many Qs. Would be ambiguous and quite Wordy.. So try to have this habit of checking THE LAST SENTENCE FIRST! (Because most of the Times, the question
is hidden in the last sentence and even if you read only the last sentence of the Question, you will still give the Correct Answer using PMI perspective

WHENEVER IN DOUBT Try to Answer all Questions from the PMI Perspective & not the perspective you have acquired from your Experience as a Project Manager
Control Your Frustrations Get used to the Idea That there would be Questions which you would not be able to Solve Move to the Next one and the Next One..
Once the you have gained control over the situation, you may now Revisit your doubtful Qs..
You will be able to solve them NOW!
Many Times Answer of One Question is given in another Question Use Extra time at the End to Revise all Questions! (Based on the fact that almost 90% students complete the paper in 3 hours)
When asked to Answer Fill in the Blank type Question, Dont Look for the Grammatically Correct option. But the Logically correct one, from the
PMI perspective
Please carefully read Qs. Which include terms like mostly, rarely, except, often, sometimes, never, usually, etc. Because the Obvious answer is Actually Different from you had Anticipated
