INTRODUCTION

Wireless control has become an indispensable item of every days life. Starting from routines like gate openers, window shutters through metering and wireless fire alarm to automotive applications like remote keyless entry and tire pressure monitoring systems. Wireless control devices have established themselves as a cost efficient and robust solution for a broad range of control applications. Most industrial equipments is controlled through mechanical or electrical devices called controllers. These devices help you turn on or turn off various processes, and thus they regulate the control of particular mechanisms.

In the present project our main aim is to transfer data between RF transmitter and RFreceiver by using wireless communication.Transmitter module contains encoder, transmitter encoder reads the data from switches and encodes the digital signal to analog signal and given to RF transmitter antenna that will be transmitted over the free space. In the RF receiver module contains decoder, receiver. Receiver antenna receives the signal and given to decoder, decoder demodulates the analog signal to digital signal and given to microcontroller. Depend on the input data microcontroller perform desired application. Depending on physical quantity any desired operation can perform.

P In this first 230 volts ac is step downed in to 18 volts ac using stepO down transformer and then 18 volts ac is converted in to dc voltage then there W is small amount of harmonics in converted dc voltage then using filtering circuit E the harmonics can be reduced then the dc voltage is supplied R

POWER SUPPLY: In power supply I am using one step-down transformer, one bridge rectifier, filtering circuit, two regulators (one is 12 volts, another is 5 volts).

RELAY( Relay)
RELAY: A relay is an electrical controllable switch widely used in industrial control , automobiles and appliances. It allows the isolation of two separate sections of a system with two different voltage sources. For ex.+5v system can be isolated from a 120 v system by placing a relay between them. Such relay is called electromagnetic relay (EMR). The EMR have three components, the coil, spring, and contacts. When current flows through the coil a magnetic field is created around the coil, then the coil is energized. Which causes the armature to be attracted to the coil. The armature contacts acts like a switch and closes the circuit.

RELAY CIRCUIT DIAGRAM The block diagram of relay is shown below figure.

LED(light emitting diode)

LED :It uses 2v &5to10ma It is a semiconductor diode It is having following advantages 1.low working voltage of currents 2.less power consumption

3.small size and weight

4.No effect of mechanical vibration 5.Extremely long life

CONCLUSION
CONCLUSION: In any industry to avoid manual operation
and to provide effective control over all electrical equipments we need a best method i.e. by using wireless control we are avoiding switching transients and producing effective control on all the electrical equipments. In my project the data transmission and reception is very fast so that the controlling of equipments/devices is faster and accurate
