our targeted customers are mostly do the business in Lahores different market. Our object to is to do 30 Million sales by reaching and getting the sales from the main wholesaler/retailer in 6 months that will increase our sales 10% because of high demanded retailer.

Through Cold calling: In this the person who is selling collect the data of the prospect and will form the data base. He will try set the deal / sale on the phone call. If he become succeed to tie down the prospect then he will sell the product after face to face meeting with the customer. Through Personal selling: Personal selling will be done when the prospect will be agree upon to arrange the meeting. Sales Budget: Our sales strategy is effective in a way that makes allocation of budget easy and efficient. Total budget for 20 employees = 10% of 30 millions = 30,00,000 Total budget per months = 2,50,000 Total budget per employee per months = 12500

Racks for the frames: - we are providing the racks for the frame to our customers. Flexible credit terms: - we are giving the products on flexible credit terms. so that they can prefer us as their supplier. Personal selling: - the sales person will go to the target market and tie down the customer by win win situation dialogue.
