COMPANY PROFILE

One of Malaysias leading construction groups. Listed on the main board of Bursa Malaysia. Business activities encompass construction, property development, manufacturing & quarrying, infrastructure concessions and plantations. IJM was born on 1983, merged with three mediumsized local construction companies IGB Construction Berhad, Jurutama Sdn Bhd and Mudajaya Sdn Bhd. On 2007, acquired Road Builder Group making IJM the second biggest builder in Malaysia. Headquartered in Selangor. Has growing presence in neighboring developing markets with operations presently in 11 countries, with primary focus in Malaysia, India, United Arab Emirates, China and Indonesia. In 2009, it has market capitalization and total assets stood at around RM4 billion and RM12 billion respectively.
