The study is to be undertaken among the public servants of iganga district. Study area is therefore iganga district which is found in eastern Uganda. The subject matter is the influence of culture on time management. The study period shall be from December 2013 to June 2014
Contribution to an understanding of how culture influences time management, formulation of strategies aimed at improving on time management, and contribution to the academic world.
The study is to limit itself only to the period from december 2013 to june 2014

Studies of cultural values in various countries show different approaches to management which underpin very different management practices( Henry,2009). Culture is the independent variable, while time management is the dependant variable.
