A competitive grant for an intensive week-long training for health researchers Strategy developed in carrying a more efficient way of developing health research in MIMAROPA Creating a pool of health researchers in the region

Who may apply


Researchers with a knack for health systems research and improving health in the provinces of Mimaropa
8-10 slots are available for the research fellow program acquired through a series of paper evaluation and interview

How to Apply
Submit a research proposal and other application requirements (endorsement of MHRDC member institution, CV and letter of intent/motivation)
R&D management committee shall develop the screening process and guidelines

Commitments
PCHRD to look for speakers for the training DOH to sponsor the accommodation (training venue and food) for the week-long training DOH to sponsor the research proposal of the top three fellows as identified by the mentors/speakers MHRDC to look for other funding sources for the remaining 7 proposals Sending Institutions to be barred for a year from any research grant by MHRDC, if fellow unjustly refuses to continue the program
