Human emotions are a function of evolution that enabled us to solve problems, protect ourselves and our families, survive desperate circumstances .

INTRODUCTION
The role of emotion in everyday life also influences the way we learn, set goals, communicate with one another, priortize daily tasks etc.

DEFINITION
Emotional intelligence (EQ/EI) is ability of individual to identify, evaluate and also control emotions of a individual or a group of individuals or oneself. It refers to emotional management skills which provide ability to provide emotional balance during certain circumstances.
