Hospitals will give an estimation to distributors for 3 weeks respectively. This information will be passed to the suppliers. Depending on the lead time( time taken to transport), suppliers will dispatch the films. The stimation will be given every week for 3 weeks respectively, which will help to forecast.
Tracking order
Distributor has a software, which is linked to both hospitals( each hospital) and supplier. Hospitals will make an entry of the order needed and this entry can be seen by the supplier. He will accordingly load the X-ray films and ship them and enter the details of shipment onto the software. Hospitals can track whether their order is dispatched.
