KORE (Coca-Cola Operating Requirements) is integrated safety and quality management program, designed to ensure that all operations, system wide, are held to the same high standards for production and distribution. Aligning business and quality objectives, with consistent metrics to monitor performance; Integrating preventive actions as a management tool; Incorporating Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) programs throughout our system; and, Defining problem-solving methodologies and tools to drive continuous product safety and quality advances and enhancements.

Every raw material ie water , sugar , pulp , preform etc are purchased through a process which requires a quality check at each stage of value addition . The Plant follows strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices as laid down to ensure there is no scope of any miscommunication /human error. Quality inspections are performed on the finished goods using SQT and the records are monitored on continual basis for any deviation from normal behavior. Every process from Material receipt , storage, warehousing , packaging , sales and distribution is standardized to meet minimum specification which ensures that the customer gets the best in class product. Quality Audits were performed (both on regular basis and unannounced ) , the findings were analyzed and an action plan prepared to pug in the loopholes. Failing Quality audits might lead to shutting down of the whole plant, if need be.
