Recommendations

1. Kaizen principles must be adopted. 2. Waiting time should be reduced so as to have the proper and timely flow of the process. 3. Inventory held up is very high which should be monitored timely so as to reduce the cost incurred on handling the inventory 4. Non value added activities should be properly identified and should be eliminated in order to reduce the cycle time . 5. Proper training must be given to the employees so that they have the up-to-date knowledge about the process and the product. 6. The major points to be focused on is location i.e no specific location for each item is defined 7. Storage problem is the another major issue. 8. Tool cost is becoming the major portion of the total expenses which should be reduced.
