Process of defining community health problem , identifying unmet needs and surveying the resources to meet them , establishing priority goals that are realistic and feasible and projecting administrative action to accomplish the purpose of the proposed programme.

HEALTH PLANNING IN PAKISTAN


Ministry of Health , Government of Pakistan In Collaboration with Multi-donor Support Unit (MSU) developed District Health Planning Manual in 2002 to build capacity of District Health Managers and District Health Management Teams in area of planning for health services in the districts.
