Values learned from Ramayan Right person should be appointed for the right work. Like Hanuman was appointed to search for Sita because Sita recognized him and he also recognized her. Hanuman was the only monkey who could fly. Never let your secrets leak. Like in Ramayan, Vibhishan told the secret of Ravans death to Ram. Ravan lost his confidant to Ram and therefore he was defeated.

Art of turning enemies into friend should be learned. Like Ramayan when Vibhishan met Ram he was treated well and when Ravan has sent his spies after Ram they were not killed by Ram or his army. In fact when they reported about Ram they praised him which was demoralizing for Ravan. Optimism and confidence are very important. Ram was always optimistic that he will be able to find Sita. This was a great motivation for Rams army. Members of the team should be strong, trustworthy and fearsome. Rams army was full of people who were trustworthy like Laxman, Hanuman and whole monkey army One should never underestimate anyone. Like Ravan underestimated Hanuman and let him go back. He thought that two young prince of Ayodhya will not be able to defeat hm. But he was proved wrong and it is greatest epic of the man kind.
