This project posses : a) Student personal information. b) Exam section details. c) Attendance details. d) Total marks , aggregates , percentages. e) Dynamic regulation updating and many other requirements ....

EXISTING SYSTEM
Dynamic regulation updation is not possible The existing system, searching of information of any particular student is very difficult. At present, the data regarding to each and every student is entered into the system manually. The data is stored in MS-Excel is not well documented format which is more time consuming process to do operations. Calculation part also becomes complex in this existing system.`

LIMITATIONS
Clear view of a particular student data is not possible

Additional soft wares are required to use existing project

No sufficient modules to compute all the operations required

Maintenance is difficulty and security is highly low

Proposed System
Entire project is computerized by using .NET and SQL queries. The entire information of each and every student once entered can be updated easily.

The updating can be performed by the administrator through the secured manner.
All the details of student is maintained effectively.

Print the data out as you wish.

Conclusion
This is an efficient project through which the higher standards of student database management can be achieved. I conclude that our project could be a best substitute for all existing student management system.
